let's talk about books!

Many of you know I like love books- a lot!

I enjoy talk about books with anyone. yes, I  am that nerdy chick telling someone who doesn't really care to hear about the new book I'm reading all about it. Sorry in advance if we ever meet and I don't stop talk about books, feel free to slap me, walk away, duck tape my mouth, you get the point.

Now on to the title of this post, "let's talk about books!  If you happen to have read a couple of the posts in the last week, you might have heard I will be working at a large name book seller part time.  I do read a lot, ( mostly chick lit, biographies, YA-young adult and historical fiction) but I always feel I should be reading more. With a full-time job and the night part time job, I won't have much spare time to read. This is where you come in.

I would like you to comment, email, text me with your favorite books and authors.

What you think will be the next Harry Potter, The Hunger Games or Fifty Shades of Gray book/series?

Last but not least, please tell me the authors, and books you don't like. Many people love to certain authors, while others can't stand them.

I'm curious to get input from everyone about this topic.

ooohhhweeieee I thought of one more question, any books you are dying to get your hands on when they come out, or you've already pre-ordered.

Whew! That's a lot of questions!

Thanks for taking the time to help me out. If you think of any books I should read, send those my way to!

  1. Oh wow! This is going to be hard for me! I love to read so many books! I will tell you two of my not so great reads recently I wasn't to fond of Fallen by Lauren Kate or The 50 shades series, but I seem to be the only person in the world that isn't. For YA books, the Hush Hush series is good, as well as the Infernal Devices series.

  2. I wish I had some recommendations for you. but I have been so busy lately with pretty much no time to read. But I do have a favorite, I haven't read any of his books for a couple year but I have read the series twice and still love. The author is Anthony Horowitz and the series is Alex Rider. It is about a teen spy and is super good. He is an amazing writer. Check it out
