I searched all over the internet, and I talked to co-workers and family members about what to bring. I then had what Oprah would call an "A-HA" moment.
Being healthy isn't just about eating fruits and veggies. It also has to do with the amount food you eat. I saw these little cuties thanks to Pinterest and figured they would be great.
A little birthday flair!
Everyone brought in something great. We had a great Lemon Blueberry dessert that was made with applesauce. We had celery, carrots, hummus, Minestrone soup, and deviled eggs. One of my coworkers brought in some great German food to celebrate my boss and his heritage. All in all it was a huge success!
